CBT focusses on identifying and changing maladaptive and negative thinking patterns that cause you distress and difficulties. Once we have identified negative and automatic patterns and assumptions, we can start to understand and challenge these patterns. I work as a psychologist for adolescents and other clients of all ages to guide them through their hardships with this form of therapy. CBT can yield great results for clients who are dealing with problems such as depression, anxiety, phobias and more.
